I have now used this twice, it is amazing how it fully deep cleans my floors! I love the 3 steam settings on it, and it gets hot, which in turn does the deep clean. The cleaning pads really work well with the little scrubbers that they have on the pads. The reservoir tank goes a long way as well. I do use distilled water in it. I also use a spray cleaner I lightly of lemon pine-sol first on the floor and go over with the steam mop. Excellent cleaning unit.
